Qeveria kishte premtuar se fondin pėr ish-pronarėt do ta shpėrndante brenda muajit qershor 2009, madje para zgjedhjeve. Por fushata mbaroi, ndėrsa Agjencia e Kthimit dhe Kompensimit tė Pronės, AKKP, deklaron se shuma prej 600 milionė lekėsh e akorduar nga buxheti i shtetit do tė shpėrndahet nė muajin shtator. Ky fond ėshtė planifikuar pėr vitin 2009 dhe prek disa kategori ish-pronarėsh qė iu ėshtė njohur toka e zėnė nga shteti apo nė formė ilegale. Ndėrkaq, procesi i pranimit dhe regjistrimit tė kėrkesave po ecėn normalisht dhe sipas tė gjitha parashikimeve. Drejtues nga AKKP-ja bėjnė me dije se kriteret pėr pėrcaktimin e fituesit nuk kanė ndryshuar.

Nga fondi prej rreth 6.5 milionė dollarėsh pėrfitojnė subjektet e shpronėsuara, prona e tė cilave ėshtė njohur e gjitha pėr kompensim. Ata do tė kompensohen sipas radhės kronologjike, tė pėrcaktuar nga numri dhe data e vendimit, vetėm nėse nuk kanė pėrfituar nga kompensimet e mėparshme.
