SHBA i fal 150 milionė dollarė borxhe Kosovės

Shtetet e Bashkuara tė Amerikės kanė marrė pėrsipėr tė ulin borxhet qė ka Kosova ndaj FMN-sė dhe grupit tė Bankės Botėrore, ndėrsa i sugjeruan republikės sė re tė kėrkojė financimin e institucioneve financiare ndėrkombėtare (IFN) pėr tė ndėrtuar njė ekonomi tė suksesshme dhe njė shtet ligjor funksional.

Zėvendės/sekretari amerikan i Shtetit, James B. Steinberg, tha nė ceremoninė e anėtarėsimit tė Kosovės nė IFN se Uashingtoni ka vendosur tė japė 150 milionė euro pėr tė ndihmuar nė reduktimin e borxhit tė jashtėm tė Kosovės. Anėtarėsimi "do t‘ju ndihmojė tė bėheni kontribuues dhe pėrfitues nė punėt mė tė rėndėsishme qė bėn bashkėsia ndėrkombėtare. Kjo do t‘ju ndihmojė tė krijoni njė buxhet tė shėndoshė dhe njė politikė fiskale tė qėndrueshme. Kėtu ju keni mundėsinė tė pėrfitoni nga fondet e bankės pėr tė krijuar klimė ekonomike tė fuqishme pėr investime, pėr tė ndėrtuar institucione transparente tė sundimit tė ligjit, pėr tė tėrhequr investime dhe pėr tė krijuar punėsim", tha Steinberg.

Deklarata e Departamentit tė Shtetit u dha gjatė ceremonisė sė nėnshkrimit tė marrėveshjes sė anėtarėsimit tė Kosovės nė IFN.

Kosova ka marrė pėrsipėr njė pjesė tė borxhit qė ish-Jugosllavia la pa paguar nga Institucionet Financiare Ndėrkombėtare. Borxhi ndėrkombėtar i Kosovės vlerėsohet se arrin nė 25-30 pėr qind tė PBB-sė.

Pas anėtarėsimit, Kosova pritet tė fillojė programin e reformave strukturore nė pėrshtatje me rregullat e pėrgjithshme tė FMN-sė, ndėrkohė qė Banka Botėrore do tė fillojė tė financojė me kredi tė buta projekte tė ndryshme nė interes tė kosovarėve. Kreditė e Bankės Botėrore pėr Kosovėn do tė jenė me interes vjetor prej 0.75 pėr qind, ndėrsa principali fillon tė paguhet pas njė dekade nga data e marrjes sė kredisė.
