Nė analizėn e 100 ditėve tė para tė qeverisė, Kryeministri Berisha nuk mund tė lėrė pa pėrmendur edhe kontributin e madh qė ka dhėnė Lėvizja Socialiste pėr Integrim nė lidhje me formimin e qeverisė sė re. Vetėm pak ditė pasi zgjedhjet e 28 qershorit u mbyllėn, kryetari i LSI-sė, Ilir Meta, vendosi qė katėr mandatet e fituara nėn siglėn e partisė sė tij tė kalonin si pjesė e mazhorancės sė drejtuar nga Kryeministri Berisha. Numrit 70 tė mandatave tė fituara tė Partisė Demokratike nė zgjedhjet parlamentare tė qershorit iu shtua edhe numri i deputetėve tė LSI-sė, duke bėrė tė mundur krijimin e kėsaj mazhorance qeverisėse me 74 vota. Kalimi nė qeverinė e re i Ilir Metės me postin e zėvendėskryeministrit dhe ministrit tė Jashtėm, ngjalli jo pak reagime tė ashpra nė radhėt e Partisė Socialiste. Sipas kryetarit tė PS-sė, Edi Rama, kontributi i ēmuar i Ilir Metės nė formimin e njė qeverie tė drejtuar nga Kryeministri Berisha, mund tė cilėsohej si njė tradhti e Metės ndaj idealeve tė majta dhe elektoratit tė tij. Nga ana tjetėr, vetė Kryeministri Berisha dhe Meta e konsideruan kėtė koalicion si njė domosdoshmėri pėr stabilitetin e vendit dhe nevojėn e Shqipėrisė pėr t‘u integruar nė Bashkimin Europian.
